— I would start with youtube bodyweight videos and then move on to weights or gym membership. That's what I did (along with a healthy diet) and lost 25 lbs so far also tracking calorie intake is so important!
— I looked in Pinterest for ab exercise. and got a nutrition bullet and make fruit smoothie in the morning with a couple scoops of skinny gut powder. And try and snack on nuts and fruit during the day
