Опущение матки после родов: гинеколог сказал, что особо ничего делать не нужно, после завершения ГВ

Нам в больнице объясняли, что если чувствуешь долго дискомфорт, то есть упражнения, только не помню сколько времени после родов нельзя их делать, а потом надо начинать. Есть консультанты и гимнастика per il pavimento pelvico.

У меня было, ГВ тут не при чем. делала упражнения кегеля + спорт, прошло за 4-5 месяцев

Мне ставили после 2х родов, назначили делать упражнения Кегеля (посмотрите в инете) ну и стандартные ножницы, велосипед. Стараться не таскать тяжести. Через пол года на осмотре уже всё в норме было.
