Как взбить домашние сливки? Нужно ли их разбавлять или взбивать как есть? Жирность их естественно не

Лопасти миксера, миску и сами сливки хорошо охладите перед работой. Домашние, по идее, должны оказаться достаточно жирными для того, чтоб взбиться

Просто взбить, но взобьются только если выше 33% жирности, если меньше, то можно добавить порошок от доктора Эткер кажется, специально для взбивания сливок
