Responsibilities:
• Participation in different Compensation & Benefits projects;
• Developing rewards systems;
• Analyzing and structuring data, preparing reports for Business Units;
• Making salary reviews, salary structure development;
• Participation in design of compensation approach
To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
• Higher education;
• Experience in C&B at least 2 years;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• PC proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel);
• Strong analytical skills (Distributions, correlations, probability);
• Understanding of reward and principles;
• Attentiveness, concentration, stress-resistance, multitasking.
