Delivery - All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class. I Will post same day if Payment reaches me by 8am. This method of delivery usually takes 1-2 working Days. Should your order not arrive within this timescale we do have to allow Royal Mail 15 working days to deliver your orders. Please allow 15 working days (25 working days for Europe) after despatch before contacting us - whilst we appreciate that this is not always ideal, this is the how long Royal Mail require before they will begin tracing the product.
I do not make any money on P&P charges. I weigh all my items to find the Post Office cost (For Ease, I class them all as packets) and then add just 50p. This covers Brand New Packaging, cellotape, paper & ink for receipts and petrol for my Daily Trips to the Post Office.
Overseas Buyers - Europe only please. If you require a tracking number please email me for a revised invoice as the Post Office charge an extra £3.50 for this service. (uk 80p)

вобщем тебе предлагают 100% и честное обслуживание. Товары отправляются Королевской почтой первым классом. Если оплата производится до 8 утра, то посылка отправляется в тот же день и такой вид доставки занимает 1-2 дня. если ваш заказ не прибывает в пределах этого времени то почте требуется 15 рабочих дней чтобы доставить вашу посылку. (25 рабочих дней для европы)
подождите это время пержде чем связаться с нами. товар взвешивается, чтобы узнать почтовую стоимость и к этой сумме добавляется 50 ( Р...вот не знаю роund наверно, фунтов или пенсов))) это покрывает стоимость упаковки, скотча, чернил и бензина.если вам необходим номер вашей посылки нужно отправить e-mail для изменения счета, так как эта услуга стоит 3,5 фунта
