Дина, они согласны с возвратом, там должен был быть прикреплён PDF файл с инструкциями и документацией, которые необходимо распечатать и заполнить.Отправить вы должны им DHL. А вот и код на возврат:  номер разрешения на возврат:  RT-E4X000019048208-AA .

Ой, СПАСИБО Вам огромное! Я что-то очень торможу в этот раз. Причем, у меня сложились неплохие отношения с языком. Но в этот раз я просто Дуб... Видимо, растерялась от страха.  Людмил, спасибо за терпение! Сегодня вызову курьера DHL.

Спасибо Вам еще раз! Вчера приехал курьер, все забрал. Отправка была полностью за сет магазина. Даже за коробку я не платила.  Неплохой у них сервис, конечно. И все оказалось не так сложно, как я паниковала сначала...  Теперь нужно дождаться денег. И тогда можно  будет спать спокойно :)

Вам выслали на электронку код возврата(Returns Merchandise Authorization или просто RMA). Если не ошибаюсь то этот код имеет ограниченное время действия( около 5 дней), за это время им надо отправить посылку с вещами DHL. Если что-то сомневаетесь или не получили RMA ,то пишите им  на internationalcustomerservice@macys.com

Огромное спасибо за ответ! только этого RMA  нет в письме. Я им написала об этом, но снова ничего не получила... А что такое "посылка с треком"?

а вы можете мне переслать сюда это письмо, попробуем вместе разобраться. Посылка с треком, т.е. посылка с номером-чтобы можно было отслеживать на сайтах...

Лед тронулся: я получила инструкции! они были в ящике спама и отправлены с личной почты менеджера.  А теперь можно я попрошу Вас помочь мне разобраться с этими инструкциями, пожалуйста?  Вот что они мне прислали: HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE: (English) 1.Prepare the return parcel for shipping. a. Find one box with no tracking labels or shipping labels that is large enough to fit all of the items you are returning. • If you cannot fit your entire return into a single box, you will need to request an additional Return Authorization number and label from the merchant for each additional box. Shipping your return in multiple boxes will be more expensive than using one box. b. Place ALL of the items listed in your Return Authorization Email, and ONLY those items, into the box and seal it closed. This box is now your return parcel. Do NOT put any paperwork inside the parcel or attach any paperwork to the outside of it. 2. Print all pages of this file. You must give ALL 3 COPIES of the Commercial Invoice and BOTH COPIES of the pre-paid, and pre-addressed DHL Air Waybill (shipping label) to the DHL representative taking your return parcel. 3. Sign and date ALL 3 COPIES of the Commercial Invoice. The signature and date should go in the lower-left hand corner, above the “Signature of Shipper” text. 4. Arrange for parcel shipment.
