It's always funny to watch when Our meddling policies in other countries go wrong and our politicians run around trying not to look like fools for a plan that didn't work watching Obama and Kerry squirm is almost as good as still watching Bush and Cheney and their other lackey’s still to this day defend their lies to go into Iraq I know justice well never be done to these war criminals but hopefully history won't be distorted to show them as great people
OUR POLITICIANS HAVE ZERO CREDIBILITY - WORRYING ABOUT LAWS BEING FOLLOWED IN THE CRIMEA WHILE - how about all the tax money American working stiffs have to pay more of in order to offset the losses from over 30 million illegal aliens being ALLOWED here in sanctuary cities throughout the country to steal American jobs and benefits?
hundreds of billions in more taxes have to be paid on top of what the American working stiff has to pay due to this ILLEGAL activity orchestrated by our elected officials who we pay to prevent such activity by upholding the laws of our land - OUR POLITICIANS HAVE ZERO CREDIBILITY
Russia will never relinquish control over the Crimea because it harbors a strategic warm water port that gives Russia access to the Black Sea. The Crimean population is overwhelmingly Russian and sympathizes with Putin, not the EU as this weekend's referendum showed. Our administration should understand how strategically important this area is for Russia. Just like we would not allow Russian control of Canada or Mexico, Putin can not allow control of the Ukraine by the EU.
I fear that Obama will stick to his guns on this issue to not again lose to Putin and in doing so will risk our country plunging into World War III. This administration needs to be stopped at all costs....
The PEOPLE of Crimea are KNOWN for being Russian descendent and Kiev, inland Ukraine (which also was part of the USSR) VOTED for their economy to be tied to Russia and not the FAILING EU (which IS not doing well and going to rip apart - Socialism failed in the past and will again). Russia and Germany (along with the Scandinavian countries) are doing far better than the EU and the USA currently.
The Obama administration IS NOT FOR THE PEOPLE OF CRIMEA, he is ONLY interested in the access to the SEA and TRADE, there and could care less what "the people want.'
AS USUAL he is DIVIDING PEOPLE ( communities, race, gender, religion, government vs private industry, male and females, etc).
Does Putin of Russia look worried since the USA OWES Russia and China Money?
I'm not pleased with Putin's actions, but respect the rights of the Crimean people to decide whom they wish to be governed by. It's in their constitution to do so. They also have a parliament separate from Ukraine. They were part of Russia 60 years ago, still speak the language and observe the customs and culture. The question becomes, who funded the coup in Kiev? Was it our CIA knowing the Ukrainian government was tired of dealing with NATO? The Russians offered a bankrupt Kiev a better deal than NATO, "sparking" the tensions there. If I was a betting man, and I am, somehow in my heart of hearts believe what happened there was triggered by the west, and it blew up in their face. May the Crimeans be happy, and may our elections happen sooner rather than later.
Way to escalate the situation even more. How are there no grown ups in power that know how to reason?
Crimea already voted! What do we expect to do? Annex them from Russia, and force them to be part of a country they don't want to be a part of? Aren't we then doing the exact thing we're hitting Russia with sanctions for doing?
This is stupid, our leaders our stupid, the world economy is destabilized because of this, they're destabilizing it even more by hitting Russia with sanctions, and they're going to end up getting us in a war because they have a constant need to play "who's got the biggest balls" with our lives.
