Почему при ГСД нельзя курагу и чернослив? Диабетикам разрешают же до 100гр сухофрукто в сутки!

Сухофрукты, как и прочие простые углеводы, скорее не разрешены, а допустимы в редких случаях и минимальных количествах. Но наиболее распространенная рекомендация - исключить полностью. При попадании в организм пр.углеводы расщепляются на глюкозу и др.побочные соединения, образующие лишние жировые отложения и повышающие уровень сахара в крови. При ГСД явно не хотелось бы проблем с уровнем сахара, ведь так? Да и при отсутствии проблем с сахаром в крови от простых углеводов стоит отказаться в пользу сложных, которые приносят максимальную пользу организму, особенно беременному.
