Дорогие бб-ницы! Может кто знает, как помочь моему горю..
Заказала автокресло на kidsroom.de 22 сентября. Оплатила с карты (Промсвязьбанк), в тот же день они деньги получили. На складе кресла не было, и 5 октября я решила аннулировать заказ и вернуть деньги. Они прислали, что заказ отменен. НО ДЕНЕГ НЕТ! Прошло уже 20 дней с момента их подтверждения отмены.. Что делать, куда бежать?

currently it looks like the car seat will come in week 41 - that is middle of October.
At the moment Römer unfortunately ran out of Organic Nature cotton and
cannot deliver this design at all.
Maybe you would like to choose another color instead of Organic Nature?

unfortunately I cannot influence the money returns. I can only cancel and give the credit advices to our accounter. I will ask her for the money return again. I am sorry that you are unsatisfied - I would be in your position too tbh.
