кто знает английский, помогите....

Девочки кто знает английский помогите, нужно хорошо прочитать на экзамене, а у меня с ним туго, помогите правильно прочитать с английского на русский..I’d wanted to be a nurse I played doctors and nurses with the boys next door when I was a kid. I thought it would be great to have a uniform and it is … sometimes. I certainly wouldn’t want to wear my own clothes to work – not with some of the messy jobs I have to do. But a dress isn’t very practical – trousers would be better.
The main disadvantage with this uniform is that its colour clearly marks out your place in the hierarchy – if you’re at the bottom of the pile, everyone knows it. I’m looking forward to my new job in the intensive care, where everyone wears the same. I’ll feel as though we’re all equal.
It’s a bit daunting to realize how much patients trust me just because I’m wearing this blue dress but I do enjoy the responsibility and make an effort to keep patients uniformed.
I suppose my personality does change a bit when I put on my uniform. Nurses are expected to be approachable and caring and I feel I have to live up to that – although I hope I’m like that out of a uniform, too!
I don’t think my uniform is at all sexy but men definitely find it a turn-on. As soon as they see the uniform, they start cracking jokes about groin strain and ask me to give them a rubdown!
