It's a first time I have tried to make this cake. It's not perfect, but I' m quite satisfied with a result))) I've used classic recipe of Saint-Honore cake with choux pastry, shortcrust pastry, Chiboust cream (cream Patisserie + Italian meringue) and caramel glaze, plus caramels decoration to give a touch of Autumn theme.
