Heguru или Shichida

Методы очень похожи. Если не ошибаюсь, Хегуру откололись от Шичиды из-за некоторых разногласий. В частности, в Хегуру считали, что материла должно быть не только много, но он еще должен быть качественный. Шичида же, напротив, говорит о том, что неважно какой материал, лишь бы он был. Как мне кажется, в отличие от Шичиды, Хегуру более коммерчески-ориентированный проект, это неплохо, так как они идут вперед, у них появились новые принципы, новые упражнения, одно только чтение с перелистыванием чего стоит. Мое мнение, что лет до четырех стоит заниматься по Шичиде - он проще в домашнем воплощении, а после можно уже заглядываться на Хегуру и включать в свою программу то, что понравится.
