breast feeding

One of the most problems I have faced during this week was breast feeding!

I have never heard that someone could have such difficulties with breast feeding like me. First days my baby was not taking my milk at all, it is just because of the nipples which are not pointing and plus i have quite a lot of milk which makes my boobs very hard and nipples just went inside the boobs... My baby was crying and i was crying with her that I cant even feed her! But now those days are past and my baby easily can take my milk, beside I have learn how to sit comfortable during the breast feeding, to be sure that baby is comfortable as well, or else child can get choked. But i still do have back pain and nipples pain from breast feeding...

I just understood that nothing and none can help to breast feed your baby, only exercises and patience! Now no more tears on my face if my baby does have them, concentration only is number one for me
