Ingredients 100g chicken fillet, skinless ½ red pepper ¼ chopped avocado document.write( 'Print recipe' ); Method
01 Dice chicken and pepper and steam for 8-10 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked through thoroughly.
02 Whizz the chicken and pepper with 1-2 tbsps of stock (from steamer) or boiled water. 03 Add the avocado to the puree. Whizz with a blender to a slightly textured puree. Serve.
