Стейк из говядины. Как приготовить?

Hi! My name is Crystal and i live in Canada with my husband who is from Ukraine. He read your question and asked me to help your little problem. He eats my steak so it must be delicious. if you don't have a grill you need to use a medium hot frying pan, lightly oiled. Season your cut of meat (preferably sirloin or a tenderloin). I only use salt and pepper. Place meat in the pan and do not touch the meat for atleast 2-3 minutes turn over and cook for another 2- 3 minutes. If you like it cooked more well, just cook longer on each side The rule is to turn it 2 times and flip it once if you have a grill I hope this helps you a little. Good luck and happy steak eating!!
